AU Dining Retail Hours

This page provides an overview of dining hours by semester (Fall, Spring, Summer sessions), and modified hours when applicable. You may also view the schedule on the Dining Services site.

Dining Hours

For a list of merchants open currently, please see our Dining locations and hours. We will continue to provide dining services updates on a regular basis.

Meal Plan Refund Schedule

Students are eligible for a full reimbursement of the meal plan, excluding any Dining Dollars used, by close of business on the last Saturday before the first week of classes each semester (“Change/Cancellation Period”). If students cancel the meal plan after the Change/Cancellation period, they may receive a partial refund of their meal plan per the refund schedule below. All meal plan cancellation requests can be submitted through the Meal Plan portal.

January 2 - 3
Eagle Express open from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Subway 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
January 6 - 11
Eagle Express open from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Subway 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
January 12
Spring Meal Plans (Meal Swipes and EagleBucks) activated by 7 a.m.
 
Dining Locations Open: Starbucks, Subway, Eagle Express, Terrace Dining Room - TDR (opens at Lunch & Dinner)
January 13
First day of Classes – All Dining Locations Open: Starbucks, Subway, Qdoba, Eagle Express, Panera, TDR, True Burger, Halal Shack, Baba’s, ACE Sushi, East Campus Market, Freshen
January 20
Last day to cancel/change Spring Meal Plan for a refund of 100% (see online refund schedule)
January 27
Last day to cancel/change Spring Meal Plan for a refund of 75% (see online refund schedule)
February 3
Last day to cancel/change Spring Meal Plan for a refund of 50% (see online refund schedule)
