Ellen Walter, Founder, The Walter Group

Walter most recently spoke about field operations to WeLead2025. She has over 30 years of political experience working on campaigns, in three Congressional offices and in two different administrations at the White House. In early 2024, Walter was named to lead the women engagement program for the National Republican Senatorial Committee and is currently serving in the White House Office of Gifts. Walter also continues her work as senior advisor at Winning with Women Voters, a consulting firm that helps candidates and campaigns reach and engage female voters.

Walter's strengths in strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving support her mission to advance the interests and voices of women in the political arena, which she used successfully as a Senior Advisor to Glenn Youngkin through his primary and general elections to the Governor of Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Hollins College.
