Julie Conway, Executive Director, VIEWPAC

Conway last spoke about campaign management at WeLead2025. She is President and Founder of Shamrock Advisors, a boutique consulting firm which specializes in strategic political advocacy, campaign execution, corporate political engagement, non-profit development, and fundraising management.

For seven cycles, Conway has served as the Executive Director of Value In Electing Women Political Action Committee. VIEWPAC raises and distributes hundreds of thousands of dollars annually for female Republican incumbents and candidates for the U.S. House and U.S. Senate. She proudly serves as an extension of the GOP women's political team, as well as trusted advisor and strategist. Conway has been widely credited as a key architect of the historic victories by Republican women in the 2020 Congressional elections. Under her leadership VIEWPAC has infused more than $40 million into the campaigns of GOP women.

Conway has been in Washington, DC for over thirty years and has devoted most of her professional career to advancing the mission of electing GOP women to federal office. She has served as a Board Member of the National Republican Club of Capitol Hill and was featured in the “Finding Forty Project,” a global initiative to showcase women from around the world who have made a difference in their community. National Journal recognized Conway as one of the “50 People Changing the Game in Washington” in 2019.

Conway earned a Master of Arts degree in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from American University.
