Olivia Bercow, Deputy Chief of Staff, U.S. Senate

Bercow last spoke on a communications panel at WeLead2025. She has worked in political communications for over a decade. She currently serves as Colorado Senator Michael Bennet’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to that, she worked in communications roles on various gubernatorial, Senate, and presidential campaigns in Colorado, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and Florida. In 2020, she served as Montana Governor Steve Bullock’s Communications Director for his campaign for the U.S. Senate. In 2019, she was the Nevada Communications Director for then-Mayor Pete Buttigieg’s insurgent presidential campaign.

Bercow earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Georgetown University.
