- James May is professor of law, specializing in antitrust, U.S. Legal History and Contracts Law. Early in his career, Mays was an attorney with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and senior staff assistant for the National Commission for the Review of Antitrust Laws and Procedures. He is author of many law review and other articles on antitrust law.
