Admission
To apply, candidates must either of the following:
- Hold a law degree either from a U.S. law school accredited by the American Bar Association or from a foreign law school with equivalent standards.
- Be enrolled in a law degree program at a U.S. law school accredited by the American Bar Association or a foreign law school with equivalent standards and have completed the first year of law school.
- Candidates with direct experience in International Arbitration that do not hold a law degree are also eligible to apply. Please send a CV and statement of interest to arbitration@wcl.american.edu.
Program Changes & Withdrawals
Applicants who have registered or paid the deposit will be informed promptly of any changes in the Summer Program's offerings and, in the unlikely event of a seminar cancellation, will receive a full refund for the course and deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation received ten (10) business days prior to the course will be fully refunded (arbitration@wcl.american.edu). Cancellations after that time will not be refunded; however, course materials will be provided. Substitutions will be considered.
