1. Must participants take the course for academic credit?
Law school academic credit is offered the Summer Institute course. We welcome practitioners, compliance officers, health care managers and executives, administrators, clinicians, scholars, and others working or interested in the health care industry who may take the course for general education and/or professional development. It is not required that participants take the course for academic credit.
Also note that Continuing Legal Education (CLE) is not available for this summer course.
2. When will course syllabus be made available?
The course syllabus will be available in late April. In the meantime, questions about the content and reading assignments for the course can be directed to Professor Scielzo at scielzo@wcl.american.edu.
