Professor Larson serves as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County, Maryland. He is currently assigned to the Major Crimes Division and prosecutes a variety of serious and violent felonies including murders, armed carjackings, and armed robberies in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. He previously served as the Deputy Chief of the General Felony Division and began his career as a prosecutor in the District Court Division where he handled thousands of cases in the District Court of Maryland.
Prior to joining the State’s Attorney’s Office, Professor Larson had the distinct privilege of serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Algeo in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. He is a member of the American Inns of Court, Montgomery County Inn, as well as a member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, where he served as Co-Chair for the Criminal Law Section for four years.
Professor Larson is a proud graduate of WCL where he spent much of this time engaged in the Trial Advocacy and Clinical Programs.
