Administrative Law Review The Administrative Law Review is published quarterly by the student staff members of the Administrative Law Review at the Washington College of Law of American University and the Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice of the American Bar Association.

American University International Law Review The American University International Law Review publishes articles, critical essays, comments, and casenotes on a wide variety of international law topics, including public and private international law, the law of international organizations, international trade law, international arbitration, and international human rights.

American University Law Review Founded in 1952, the American University Law Review is the oldest and largest student-run publication at the American University Washington College of Law and publishes six issues each year. The Law Review receives approximately 2,500 submissions annually and publishes a wide range of legal scholarship from professors, judges, practicing lawyers, and renowned legal thinkers.

American University Legislation and Policy Brief The American University Legislation and Policy Brief ("AULPB") is dedicated to publishing articles that explore contemporary issues in the legislative arena. Aimed at practitioners in the legislative space, AULPB endeavors to support a balanced, bipartisan dialogue of political issues and how they are implemented.

Arbitration Brief The Arbitration Brief is a student publication of the Washington College of Law produced with the assistance of the Center for International Commercial Arbitration. The Brief has recently evolved from the strong foundation that was laid by the International Commercial Arbitration Brief to include all avenues of arbitration.

Business Law Review The American University Business Law Review (AUBLR) is committed to publishing high-quality and high-impact pieces that combine cutting-edge legal analysis with novel solutions to address the complex challenges that impact businesses today.

Criminal Law Practitioner The Criminal Law Practitioner is dedicated to addressing key criminal law issues in way that are helpful to practicing attorneys, judges, legislators, and law students.

Health Law & Policy Brief Founded in 2007, the Health Law & Policy Brief publishes articles on a wide array of cutting-edge topics in the area of health law. Such topics include health care compliance, fraud and abuse enforcement, health insurance payment, intellectual property issues, international human rights issues, FDA initiatives and policies, and a host of other matters.and a host of other matters.

Human Rights Brief The Human Rights Brief is a student-run publication of American University Washington College of Law Center for Human Rights & Humanitarian Law. Founded in 1994, the Brief provides continuous up-to-date content on cutting-edge legal issues.

Intellectual Property Brief The American University Intellectual Property Brief provides an opportunity for law students, professors, practitioners, and anyone interested in intellectual property law to discuss and learn about substantive IP issues. The Brief features daily blog posts from a team of student writers; frequent student-written columns about recent IP-related issues, case updates, and events; and IP law articles from student writers and outside submissions on a semesterly publication cycle.

Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law The Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law, founded in 1992, provides a forum for those interested in gender issues and feminist legal studies. In 1998, the Journal expanded its mission to include social policy as well as gender issues.

Labor & Employment Law Forum The Forum was founded in 2010 to provide a specific and neutral forum for students, scholars, practitioners, and organizations to explore the complex developments of the law governing the workplace.

National Security Law Brief Founded in 2009, the American University National Security Law Brief is the nation’s first student-run law school publication to focus on the rapidly evolving field of national security law. The publication is a biannual print publication, with a complementary online component, devoted to examining the legal dimensions of United States national security law and policy.

Oversight Project The Oversight Project seeks to explore and analyze the work of the Inspectors General, Office of Government Ethics, Office of Special Counsel, Government Accountability Office, and the Office of Management and Budget, among other constituent elements of the “oversight and accountability community.”

Science & Technology Brief The WCL Science and Technology Law Brief is made of a group of law students who are interested in science and technology issues. The brief aims to analyze the role of the law as our society becomes more and more dependent on technology and science.

Sustainable Development Law & Policy Brief Sustainable Development Law & Policy Brief is a student-run initiative at American University, Washington College of Law that focuses on reconciling the tensions between environmental sustainability, economic development, and human welfare. It embraces an interdisciplinary approach to provide a fuller view of current legal, political, and social developments. Our mission is to serve as a valuable resource for practitioners, policy makers, and concerned citizens promoting sustainable development throughout the world.
