Bribery and corruption, breaches of ethical norms, and weakened accountability mechanisms in the United States and other countries have created an urgent need for legal professionals knowledgeable about anti-corruption laws and cases, codes of conduct and compliance training, investigation and risk management tools, and preventive measures.
The U.S. and International Anti-Corruption Law Program provides peer-to-peer learning taught by leading experts and designed for public, private, and non-profit sector professionals from around the world, to enhance their expertise and expand their anti-corruption networks and professional contacts.
