The Digital Asset Law Committee advises and supports WCL’s Digital Asset Law Project and its activities, by encouraging students to explore both the promise and potential concerns raised by the digital financial revolution. The committee works to establish student networking events and projects related to digital asset law and acts as a discussion group and sounding board for substantive topics and issues on digital asset law. The committee aims to foster a deeper understanding of the legal, regulatory, compliance, and policy issues raised by the emerging world of digital assets and other transformative financial technologies. Committee members are also invited to participate and engage as a member of the Advisory Council on Business Law, and work on curriculum development for WCL and broader AU.
