Duc graduated from the Washington College of Law (WCL) with a L.L.M. Degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. While finishing his Masters, he also had the opportunity to work as a Research Assistant with the Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property (PIJIP) at WCL and a Project Intern at Technology Innovation Law LLC.
Duc is currently working as a legal assistant at Minervas, where he can apply the profound knowledge gained from the Master's Program to assist clients in various jurisdictions such as the United States, the European Union, etc. in matters concerning Trademark, Copyright or other Intellectual Property matters.
